Fine blanking is our flagship technology<\/b> and our customers recognize our reliability in providing high quality finished products<\/b> in terms of rigorous compliance with design tolerances<\/b> \u2013 down to a hundredth of a millimeter \u2013 and an accurate surface finish.<\/b><\/p>\n

Fine blanking technology allows us to manufacture high-precision components with a \u201cnet shape<\/b>\u201d in large quantities<\/b> with a repeatable<\/b> process, minimizing waste<\/b>, reducing costs and the time<\/b> required for machining with presses that operate within the range of 630 to 1,400 tons<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Conventional blanking guarantees good repeatability<\/b> of the manufacturing process even for batches of millions of pieces with reduced development and equipment costs<\/b> compared to fine blanking.<\/p>\n

Therefore, this technology is best suited for applications in which the price\/quality ratio<\/b> for the finished product is of primary importance but with less stringent tolerances<\/b>. Presses for conventional blanking typically operate within an interval of 700 to 800 tons<\/b>.<\/p>\n
