A global group with a strong local presence
UTIL was founded in 1959 and rapidly became a go-to company for the production of parts for brake systems for the automotive sector, earning a significant share of the global market.
In 2019, we embarked on an extensive project to diversify our portfolio of solutions, developing technology and innovative products for other sectors, such as agricultural and earthmoving machines, construction, household appliances, electrical mobility and mobility on two wheels.
We now have manufacturing facilities and research centers in Italy and China and commercial offices in Germany and the United States.

Italy
The headquarters of the UTIL Group and of Util Industries are located at the Villanova plant, which features cutting-edge technology and presses that operate in the range of 630 to 1,400 tonnes, to respond to the most complex requests arriving from the market.
China
Util (Guangzhou) Auto Parts Co. Ltd, which features a new 10,000 m2 plant in the Nansha district, provides cutting-edge technology and efficient manufacturing processes to serve Asian markets, with a special emphasis on the automotive sector.
